Parents of a new "1st Grader" and all new families that have "Transferred" from a different parish must fill out the ONLINE Registration Form for the 2024-2025 Term (Click the Green button below).

Please note that there is no paper registration form.

The online registration form must be accompanied by the child's Baptismal Certificate which can be easily uploaded within the online registration form, or it can be emailed separately to the Religious Education Office at: [email protected]

For Transfer Students new to the program, the online registration form must also include the child's Letter of Transfer which can be easily uploaded within the online registration form, or it can be emailed separately to the Religious Education Office at: [email protected]. (THE LETTER OF TRANSFER CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE PREVIOUS PARISH.)
