Parents of a new "1st Grader" and all new families that have "Transferred" from a different parish must fill out the ONLINE Registration Form for the 2025-2026 Term (Click the Green button below).

If you prefer to pay by check, please download the printable version below, and mail it to Religious Education Office.

The registration form must be accompanied by the child's Baptismal Certificate which can be easily uploaded within the online registration form or mailed in with the printable registration form.

For Transfer Students new to the program, the registration form must also include the child's Letter of Transfer which can be easily uploaded within the online registration form or mailed in with the printable registration form. (THE LETTER OF TRANSFER CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE PREVIOUS PARISH.)
