Athletics at
St. Dominic High School
St. Dominic offers a diverse athletic program permitting students to participate at a level consistent with their interest and ability. All students are involved in the school's physical education program; interscholastic and intramural teams are available on an optional basis.

The school has one of the premier indoor athletic facilities among Long Island high schools. The Monsignor James E. Collins Sports Center, which can seat 2,000, contains three regulation basketball courts, locker rooms, and training facilities. In recent years, St. Dominic has played host to both CHSAA and CHSGAA league and state basketball tournament games. St. Dominic is a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Catholic High School Athletic Association.
